Moore OBGYN is seeking an organized, creative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to lead marketing, branding, and patient engagement for the Largo, MD practice. You will drive content across channels and manage the website to strengthen connections with patients and the community.

The ideal candidate understands healthcare audiences, has strong digital marketing skills, and can translate medical information into engaging materials while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public health or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media, marketing and healthcare communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with website management tools
• Strong graphic design and/or video editing skills
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy rules
• Ability to work well independently and in a team

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update website pages, provider bios, clinic hours and services.
• Improve SEO for OB/GYN services and related content.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Respond to comments and DMs to boost community engagement.
• Create, edit and publish content (educational material, updates).
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Draft newsletters and manage online reviews.
• Develop marketing collateral such as brochures and flyers.
