Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks a locum OB/GYN laborist for a hospital-owned group in Lafayette, LA. You will cover Mon-Fri clinics plus night and weekend pager calls, treating 22-30 patients daily in OB/GYN clinics and assisting with ~35 deliveries per month, including C-sections and routine clinic procedures.

The assignment lasts until a permanent provider is found, with paid malpractice insurance, prepaid travel and housing, and time entry in an online portal.

Responsibilities

• Mon - Fri clinic coverage plus night and weekend pager call
• 22 - 30 patients per day in clinic -- OB and GYN
• Group performs approx. 35 deliveries per month
• Deliveries, C-sections, and basic clinic procedures required
• Coverage until permanent provider is found
• Seeking 1 - 2 weeks of coverage per month
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
