Job summary

NP Now, LLC invites an OB/GYN to join the largest OB/GYN provider group in San Antonio. Practice at a premier Medical Center location with deliveries at a major hospital and a strong focus on outpatient care.

The role offers a base salary around $240,000 plus 50% of hospital collections, with total earnings typically $300,000–$330,000+. Generous benefits include malpractice coverage, PTO, holidays, CME days, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Board eligibility or board certification in OB/GYN.
• Texas license not required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Blend of outpatient care and surgical/obstetrical procedures.

• 1:7 call schedule with a 24-hour call followed by a full day off.
• Remaining schedule focused on outpatient practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary approximately $240,000
• Additional compensation equal to 50% of hospital collections from deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, and other procedures
• Total earnings commonly range from $300,000–$330,000+
• HRSA student loan repayment eligibility ($25,000–$35,000 annually, tax-free)
