The OB/GYN role involves outpatient care plus procedures—deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies—with a 1:7 call schedule and 24-hour on-call coverage, then a full day off.

Base salary around $240,000 plus hospital-collection bonuses bringing total to roughly $300,000–$330,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or BE/BC OB/GYN.
• Open to providers not licensed in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient duties plus deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies.
• Call schedule: 1:7 OB/GYN; 24-hour call, then off for a full day; rest is outpatient.

OB/GYN Benefits:

• Base salary around $240000.00 plus they make 50% of hospital collections on procedures- deliveries, c-sections, hysterectomies etc… comes out to about 300-330000.00 / yr total
