Job summary

Piedmont Augusta is seeking a Laborist to join our team of physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering high-quality gynecologic and obstetric care. The role supports collaboration within a well-established practice, with a focus on patient-centered and family-oriented care for women at all life stages.

The ideal candidate may be a new graduate or have 2–3 years of experience, including minimally invasive procedures, and should be motivated to help expand services to surrounding

• Ability to diagnose and treat general gynecologic illnesses.
• Obstetric monitoring of low to moderate-risk pregnancies.
• Experience with Epic EMR is a plus.

The position is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice as well as a team of excellent providers to collaborate in providing the best quality of care for our patients. The team is comprised of both physicians as well as an advanced physician provider.

The ideal candidate will be a very well-trained new graduate or a candidate with 2-3 years of experience including minimally invasive surgery. Candidate must possess skill set to diagnose and treat all general types of gynecological related illnesses and symptoms, as well as obstetric monitoring of low to moderate-risk pregnancies. The candidate with experience using Epic EMR is a plus. The candidate should be motivated to start in a successful practice that is expanding both in size as well as serving surrounding communities.
