Job summary

Piedmont Augusta is seeking a Laborist to join our experienced team in northeast Georgia. The ideal candidate will be a well-trained new graduate or have 2–3 years of experience, including minimally invasive gynecologic procedures.

The role involves diagnosing and treating general gynecologic illnesses, obstetric monitoring of low to moderate-risk pregnancies, and collaborating with an expert group to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• New graduate or 2–3 years of experience in OB/GYN.
• Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic procedures is desirable.
• Epic EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat general gynecologic illnesses and symptoms.
• Conduct obstetric monitoring for low to moderate-risk pregnancies.
• Collaborate with a team of providers to deliver high-quality patient care.

Candidate must possess skill set to diagnose and treat all general types of gynecological related illnesses and symptoms, as well as obstetric monitoring of low to moderate-risk pregnancies. The candidate with experience using Epic EMR is a plus. The candidate should be motivated to start in a successful practice that is expanding both in size as well as serving surrounding communities.
