Position Details

1. Harris Women’s Care is an established, hospital‑employed practice located in Sylva, North Carolina
2. Join three OB/GYNs and five CNMs
3. Call will be 1:4
1. Requirement will be eight days per month
2. CNMs take first call during the week
3. Physicians take first call on the weekend
4. HRH averages 650 deliveries per year
5. Hospital Perks:
1. Level II Nursery, Neonatologist onsite, established MFM referral patterns in place
2. Anesthesia coverage with 30‑minute response time
3. Dedicated OR on L&D unit
4. OR is equipped with the following:
1. Stryker 4K Video Towers with Spy PHI Technology
2. Myosure Tissue Removal Suite
3. Novasure Endometrial Ablation Unit
4. Enseal Device
5. Berkeley Suction Machine – 1 in C‑Section OR and 1 in Main OR
6. Surgical Smoke Free OR effective 1/1/26
7. daVinci Robot anticipated in 2026

1. Located directly across from the hospital

3. In‑office point of care testing available
4. Satellite clinics in Bryson City and Franklin
