Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an OB/GYN Hospitalist Site Director to lead obstetric services at a busy maternity unit. This full-time role focuses on overseeing emergent care, triage, and collaboration with nursing staff and private practice physicians to ensure high-quality, safe patient care.

Responsibilities

• Care for pregnant patients presenting emergently, regardless of circumstance
• Build strong relationships with nursing staff and hospital personnel
• Support private practice physicians through coverage and collaboration
• Manage unassigned patients and evaluate triage cases
• Provide consultation to the Emergency Department
• Monitor labor and deliver babies
• Perform surgery and surgical assists
• Evaluate and treat postpartum patients
• Support OB resident and medical student education
• Provide nursing support and education
• Participate in emergency drills and simulations
• Help develop best practices and participate in clinical trials
• Lead daily interdisciplinary board rounds to improve patient safety
