Job Summary:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain it
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with nursing staff, physicians, and administration

• Collaborative work with local obstetricians to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Full-time hospitalists can create flexible schedules, typically eight 24-hour shifts or 19 to 12 12-hour shifts per month, with no on-call duties or office management responsibilities
