Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE OB-GYN Hospitalist to join the team at Salinas Valley Health Medical Center in Salinas, CA. The role features five 24-hour in-house shifts per 4-week cycle, OBED coverage, deliveries of unassigned patients, and Gyn ER coverage, with Maternal-Fetal Medicine support and a Level III NICU partnership with Stanford.

Annual base pay is $296,400 plus incentive bonus, with extra hours paid at $190 per hour.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible OB-GYN (BC/BE)
• Full-time inpatient hospitalist role
• In-house 24-hour shifts on a 4-week cycle

Responsibilities

• OB-GYN hospitalist coverage including OBED and deliveries
• Gyn ER coverage
• Low volume of delivery attendance for community OBs
