Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Physician Assistant for the Wake Forest Health Network in High Point, NC, to support obstetrics/gynecology services with a full-time, 40-hour schedule and extended clinic hours for prenatal appointments.

Qualified candidates have an accredited PA program background, NCCPA certification, and active licensure. A Master’s degree is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program; Master's degree preferred.
• Current license to practice; NCCPA certified.
• Master’s degree preferred in addition to PA program certification.

Responsibilities

• Determine patient care plans using medical decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with medical team for team-based care.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic procedures.
• Explain procedures and their effects to patients.
• Perform procedures per department guidelines.
• Potential to participate in research projects.
