Job summary

MercyOneGenesis is seeking an experienced BC/BE OB/GYN to join its OB/GYN Hospitalist service in Silvis, IL. This full-time employed role supports OB/GYN emergencies in ER and labor & delivery, handles unassigned patients, and accepts transfers from regional hospitals.

The position features a dedicated surgical suite with robotic capabilities, about 600 births per year, and a strong commitment to call coverage and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board-certified/board-eligible in OB/GYN.
• Unrestricted Illinois license to practice medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for OB/GYN emergencies in ER and labor/delivery, and manage transfers from smaller hospitals in the region.
• Provide after-hours call for OB/GYN practice.
• Work in a dedicated surgical suite with access to a robot.
