Pediatrix Medical Group is recruiting OB/GYN hospitalists to join the staff at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital, a busy, high‑risk delivery center with a Level‑III NICU. This double‑coverage hospitalist position emphasizes deliveries, OB care, and ED coverage, with inpatient rounding and patient transports managed by our team.

Compensation is competitive, with sign‑on bonuses and relocation often available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN with 3+ years of experience.
• Hospitalist role focusing on deliveries and obstetric care.

Responsibilities

• Perform deliveries and cover the OB and main emergency department.
• Round on inpatients and manage patient transports.
• Collaborate with affiliated MFM and Neonatology providers.
• Provide night coverage (2 OB hospitalists) and day coverage with 12/24-hour shifts.
• No clinic responsibilities; flexible shift dates and dedicated time off.
• Possible midwife coverage.

• Texas Health is proud to deliver over 3,000 babies annually and offers a Level-III NICU with experienced care and advanced technology
• Our team is made up of highly motivated OB/GYN hospitalists who perform deliveries, cover the OB and main emergency department, round on inpatients and manage transports
