Job summary

Charlton Memorial Hospital, in Fall River, MA, seeks an OB/GYN Hospitalist to manage unassigned patients and obstetric emergencies within a patient-centered care environment. The role supports a comprehensive maternity program with a Level II nursery and strong breastfeeding and nursing midwifery services.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available; benefits include medical, dental, vision and Rx coverage, retirement plans, CME allowance, and parental leave.

Overview

Charlton Memorial Hospital offers expert care for women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, working closely with primary care physicians to ensure a smooth experience. Their maternity services offer compassionate care combined with advanced technology to meet various birth preferences. Charlton Memorial Hospital has a Baby-Friendly designation, VBAC option, family-centered C-sections, and state-of-the-art Level II nursery staffed by Boston Children's physicians. They also provide extensive breastfeeding support, prenatal education, and nurse midwifery programs.

Responsibilities

• OBHG Hospitalists are responsible for all unassigned patients and any OB/GYN emergencies

Work Schedule

• Full-Time: 5 or more 24-hour shifts per 28-day block
• Part-Time: 2 to 4 24-hour shifts per 28-day block
• PRN: details available upon request
