Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Corewell Health personnel and promote safety, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
• Assist in meeting operational, financial, and patient satisfaction goals and complete competencies and mandates.
• Assess and monitor medical needs, provide quality medical services in a cost-effective manner, and ensure coverage of case load at all times.
• Communicate with patients, families and referring physicians within 24 hours of major changes and prior to discharge; document in medical records.
• Participate in on-call/weekend coverage, quality initiatives, and policy development related to medical practice.
