Qualifications

• Must have current medical licensure or be able to obtain one.
• Must be certified in ABOG or AOBOG.
• Must have at least three years of documented residency program leadership experience.
• Be willing to combine administrative and diagnostic (teaching) responsibilities (50/50).

Responsibilities

• Direct the OB/GYN residency program and oversee all educational activities.
• Work collaboratively with faculty and residents for program development.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
