Ob Hospitalist Group, in partnership with Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri, seeks a full scope OB/GYN to provide outpatient clinics and inpatient call coverage. The role follows a unique hybrid model with five consecutive days on, followed by ten days off, offering a broad practice feel and substantial personal time.

The position emphasizes strong teamwork with an experienced care team, Level II Nursery support, and opportunities for leadership development and career

Qualifications

• Full scope OB/GYN with clinic and call responsibilities.
• Hybrid schedule with 5 days on and 10 days off.
• Supportive team-based practice with multidisciplinary nursing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care.
• Manage obstetric emergencies and unassigned patients.
• Perform deliveries and gynecologic procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, hospital leadership, and community physicians.
• Support patient safety initiatives through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Foster strong relationships with referring providers and hospital teams.
