Community Medical & Dental Care, Inc. in Rockland County, NY is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Department Manager to lead daily clinical and administrative operations of the department.

You will supervise staff, optimize patient flow, coordinate with hospitals and partner facilities, and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced health center environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Prior OB/GYN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and patients.
• Computer literate and comfortable learning new software systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
