Job summary

Community Medical & Dental Care in Rockland County, NY is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Department Manager to oversee daily clinical and administrative operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and ensure efficient workflows.

You will coordinate patient care with hospitals, manage staff scheduling and department performance, and serve as a liaison with billing, IT, and other departments to deliver a positive patient and staff experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a medical office or healthcare setting required.
• Prior OB/GYN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with staff and patients.
• Computer literacy and comfort with learning new software systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
