Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science related field plus five years of clinical research experience or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating regulatory activities and IRB communications.
• Proficiency in data collection, entry, and source documentation.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory and Compliance– maintains regulatory files and IRB correspondence, tracks progress and reports to the Research Manager.
• Screening, Consent, and Data Collection– identify subjects, obtain informed consent, collect and enter data.
• Sponsor/CRO Liaison– communicate with sponsors, respond to inquiries, and coordinate site visits.
• Specimen Collection– perform phlebotomy or specimen collection, process and store samples per protocol.
