SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University seeks a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor (TCL) in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The role encompasses clinical, academic, and research duties within the department, with responsibility for inpatient and ambulatory patient care.

You will supervise residents in the Labor and Delivery suite on a monthly on-call schedule and contribute to teaching and lecturing to residents and medical students.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with a New York State Licensure to practice medicine.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical, academic and research services within the Department.
• Clinically, provide inpatient and ambulatory care services.
• Supervise Residents in the Labor and Delivery Suite on a scheduled on-call basis (three 16-hour weekday sessions and one 24-hour weekend session monthly).
• Teach and lecture Residents and medical students within the Department.
