Qualifications

• 2 years experience with applicable patient care and administrative duties preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily patient flow to optimize patient care, safety and satisfaction.
• Delivers patient education to facilitate plan of care, empower informed healthcare choices, and promote optimal wellness.
• Facilitates effective teamwork with other clinical support staff as directed by Clinical Leadership and in collaboration with Providers.
• Demonstrates ability to delegate care appropriately and according to Colorado statute.
• Demonstrates competent healthcare assessment skills, prioritizing skills, critical thinking skills, and problem solving skills.
• Obtains, monitors, and records vital signs, patient history, and invasive procedures; ensuring accuracy and proper documentation in the patient’s EHR.
