The Clerkship Director will ensure LCME-aligned objectives, provide didactic teaching and feedback, supervise students and residents, and drive continuous program improvement across Premier

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required; OB/Gyn board-eligible or boarded preferred.
• Completion of a 4-year OB/Gyn residency is required.
• Experience in medical education and leadership is essential.
• Knowledge of LCME accreditation standards is important.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OB/Gyn clerkship operations to meet LCME standards and objectives.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive OB/Gyn curriculum for students.
• Provide didactic teaching, mentorship, and timely feedback to learners.
• Ensure the clerkship meets all relevant accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with course directors, faculty, and administrative staff.
• Maintain high-quality clinical activity and professional teaching.
