Job summary

Paycom is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer specializing in OB/GYN and Breast Ultrasound to join our patient care team in Doylestown, PA. You will perform OB/GYN and breast examinations, working closely with radiologists to deliver precise assessments and compassionate care.

The role requires ARDMS RDMS in OB/GYN and BR (or eligibility), CPR/BLS, and 1–3 years of experience. A degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and active licensure where applicable are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from an accredited program.
• ARDMS RDMS in OB/GYN and BR (or eligible to obtain within 6–12 months).
• CPR/BLS certification required; state licensure where applicable.
• 1–3 years of OB/GYN and breast ultrasound experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain ALARA principles and high image quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform obstetric, gynecologic, and breast ultrasound examinations.
• Provide accurate measurements and documentation; present findings to radiologist.
• Enter exam notes into PACS and EMR; maintain equipment and QC checks.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort and safety.
• Identify urgent findings and escalate promptly.
