Job summary

TTUHSC in Lubbock seeks a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician-scientist for a full-time faculty role at Assistant/Associate Professor rank. Expect outpatient and inpatient obstetrics/gynecology services, teaching responsibilities, and active participation in department quality and research initiatives.

Applicants should hold MD/DO/MBBS, have USMLE Step 3, and be completing or completed an OB/GYN residency.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/MBBS degree required.
• USMLE Step 3 completed or in process.
• Completion of OB/GYN residency or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care including annual exams and prenatal visits.
• Provide inpatient obstetric services including labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Participate in labor and delivery call schedule.
• Engage in quality improvement and patient care programs.
• Mentor residents and medical students.
