Clinical leadership includes directing 60% clinical effort, coordinating coverage, and fostering collaboration with midwives and physicians to ensure excellent outcomes and access.

Qualificações

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Board Certification in an OB/GYN sub-specialty, if applicable.
• Proven leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical effort of 60% with coverage across OBGYN areas as needed.
• Lead and mentor faculty, trainees, and collaborative teams.
• Develop and oversee continuing medical education programs for staff.
• Promote scholarly activities and manage research program quality.
• Foster open dialogue, diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.
• Ensure alignment of services with patient access and outcomes.
