Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with Florida APRN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Completion of a master’s prepared APRN program; two to three years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations, evaluations, diagnosis and treatment for patients independently or with a team.
• Coordinate care as part of a multidisciplinary health team using clear documentation.
• Document all evaluations, diagnoses, procedures and education per NCQA/JCAHO and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and prescribed treatments.
