Job summary

Watson Clinic LLP in Lakeland, FL is seeking a full-time APRN or PA to join our OB/GYN and Urogynecology practice. You’ll work Monday–Friday, closely with an experienced physician in a supportive, collaborative team environment and provide dedicated patient care within a diverse women’s health setting.

You will contribute to high-quality care, expand your expertise, and engage with a passionate team focused on communication and exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• APRN or PA certification is required.
• Experience in Women's Health, OB/GYN, Urogynecology, or GYN strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Team-oriented, patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians and staff.
