Job summary

The South Bend Clinic invites a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the OB/GYN University Commons clinic team in Mishawaka. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of Advanced Practice Provider experience in a clinical setting and holds national certification in the specialty.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited PA/NP program.
• National certification in the applicable specialty (ANCC).
• Current state licensure as PA or APN and RN.
• CPR (BLS) certification active.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient examinations, develop care plans, and treat minor illnesses per protocols.
• Assist with procedures and coordinate with supervising physicians as needed.
• Prescribe medications within scope with physician oversight.
• Educate patients and families on health, prevention, and home care.
