Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Union Lake OB/GYN team on the southeast side of Michigan. The role is a 1.0 FTE with variable hours, located at Union Lake, near Detroit, and will involve care across obstetrics and gynecology in a facility equipped with L&D and NICU support.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PA-C or NP program.
• WHNP certification for NPs.
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Women's health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support physicians in routine low-risk OB in the office setting.
• Assist with documentation, orders, and patient education within the EMR.
• Provide comprehensive well-woman care, including preventive visits and counseling.
• Manage menopause and perimenopause concerns with individualized treatment planning.
