Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) in Summit, WI to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and uphold professional standards as part of a patient-focused care delivery model.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the practicing state, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patient needs, and uphold professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes.
