Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner required.
• Active New York State NP licensure in good standing and current national certification.
• For Physician Assistant: ARC-PA approved PA program completion and NYS PA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and management as part of the Gender Wellness OBGYN team.
• In-basket management, follow-up, and patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary resources including behavioral health, social work, ultrasound and family planning.
