NP Now, LLC is assisting a growing private practice in Casper, WY to recruit two OB/GYN physicians. The schedule includes 1 OR day, 2 clinic days, and 1–2 days of L/D day call with no night call, typically seeing about 20 patients daily.

The compensation features a base salary of 350,000–400,000 per year, a 100,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance negotiable, and a potential partnership after 2–3 years, plus comprehensive benefits and strong work-life balance.
