Stable, Nonprofit Community Hospital in Chicago, IL is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join a dedicated team serving an underserved population, located just 10 minutes from downtown.

The role features a 4-day workweek with three clinic days per week and a manageable call schedule, including one 24-hour call weekly and one 24-hour weekend call per month. Competitive salary of $230,000–$270,000 with comprehensive benefits and optional upgrade opportunities.

• IL License or in Progress.
• H1B sponsorship available.

Role with the Company

• 4-day workweek schedule
• 3 days of clinic weekly
• 1 24-hour call shift weekly…All call handled by midwives with the exception of complicated repair or C-Section. Very light call.
• 1 24-hour weekend call shift per month.
