Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate a plan of care for a patient assignment.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with the care team.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and participate in quality improvement programs.
• Assist with education for patient and family and discharge planning.
