Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston is seeking an ICU Float Pool Staff Nurse (per diem, part-time). The Staff Nurse delivers care within the float pool and partners with the care team to uphold safe, compassionate patient care.

Requirements include Massachusetts RN licensure with BSN preferred; ICU/float pool experience; 1–2 years med/surg. Weekend rotation may apply; onsite at 75 Francis Street.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with MA registration.
• ICU experience preferred; ICU Float Pool experience required.
• 1–2 years of med/surg experience, professional certification encouraged.
• Weekend rotation may be required per contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients within the ICU float pool.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care for patients and families.
