Job summary

Mercy is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Night shift in the OB/GYN area of the Women’s Health unit at Mercy Hospital – W Memorial Rd. This full-time role (36 hours/week) requires versatility across Labor & Birth, antepartum, and obstetric emergency care, with opportunities to float to meet patient needs.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure, completion of an accredited RN program, and BLS certification (or the ability to obtain within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• Current RN license in good standing in hiring state/compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Obstetrics, Labor & Birth, Well Newborn Care, and Postpartum units.
• Maintain competency across Labor & Birth, Antepartum, and OB Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
