Under the supervision of the Executive Director, Women's Health, you will help deliver a superior hospital experience while maintaining a professional atmosphere throughout the health center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year of healthcare experience working with physicians in a clinic or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, Women's Health, the OB concierge ensures patients receive a superior hospital experience in a first-class environment.
• The Concierge serves all patients in the OB Department and any other Health Center area, acting as a direct liaison between patients, families, physicians and staff.
