Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program.
• Active Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing.
• IV Certification.
• Prior Obstetrics (OB) experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and escort to examination rooms, documenting chief complaints.
• Maintain a calm, compassionate demeanor to support patient comfort and ease anxiety.
• Keep patients informed regarding their care timeline while protecting privacy (HIPAA).
• Advocate for patients' rights and respond to clinical requests or questions promptly.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans and communicate updates to the care team.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses in EMR.
• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective service by using supplies and equipment safely.
