Qualifications

• RN license required and maintained.
• Minimum 2 years clinical RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year Home Health RN experience.
• 1 year proficiency in OASIS review.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification, and OASIS documents for accuracy.
• Educate and provide feedback to clinical staff on OASIS completion.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze OASIS performance trends.
• Ensure CMS guidelines and billing requirements are met.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous learning on OASIS regulations.
