General Function

The specialized advisor supports the management team by demonstrating sales behaviors and leadership, fostering a positive work environment, and executing operational goals. The main role is to motivate the team to exceed sales targets, acting as a part-time key holder. The goal is to engage and inspire customers by offering an unparalleled customer experience.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Act as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and staying updated on products.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure positive interactions.
  • Execute all customer service initiatives.
  • Assist with processing, restocking, and monitoring inventory.
  • Maintain floor merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven sales success and ability to achieve top results.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers and cash registers.
  • Ability to stand or move around most of the time.
  • Bilingual ability.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move merchandise.
