GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the most critical link in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. The Sales Associate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, meets sales and customer service goals, provides product knowledge, and works as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver sales plans and meet company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Provide an unsurpassed and memorable customer experience through making connections, attention to detail, and offering solutions that result in customer satisfaction.
  • Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
  • Maintain the store’s appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
  • Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  • Ability to sell using sales skills and be accountable for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a changing environment

Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.04

Benefits may include health care, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts. Employee pay is determined by factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
