Job Overview

The sales supervisor collaborates with the store manager to learn all aspects of store management, providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, maintaining visual standards, and safeguarding company assets. They assist in training staff and ensuring store operations meet company standards.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Achieve high sales performance and results.
• Assist in training and managing staff to maximize sales.
• Assign tasks and help schedule work hours.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and store displays.
• Coordinate restocking and flow of goods.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the store manager.

Basic Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to train staff and develop their skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive movements.
• Bilingual required.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $17.04 - $29.46 per hour. Compensation includes potential bonuses, commissions, health care, retirement, paid time off, and employee discounts.
