GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the key to ensuring customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to meet objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and offering solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
• Ability to sell effectively, meet sales goals, and use sales skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking ability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
