What You’ll Do: As an Oakley Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. From meeting sales goals to offering personalized eyewear and apparel solutions, you’ll help customers elevate their performance with your expertise and passion.

What We’re Looking For

Pay Range: 15.50-20.77

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
