General Function

The Sales Associate plays a critical role in ensuring customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, sharing product knowledge, and working collaboratively with team members.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and developing new ones.
• Deliver memorable customer experiences through personalized service and solutions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
• Comfort with technology and accuracy in data handling
• Strong sales skills and goal orientation
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
