Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Oakland, CA. The role entails evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on goals and assessments.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
