• Translate napkin ideas from founders into Spring Boot prototypes with clear outcomes.
• Backfill Redis test coverage on the riskiest corners of the codebase.
• Translate fuzzy product wishes into shippable Spring Boot services.
• Support migration of on-premise services to cloud-native architecture.
