The Texas Department of Public Safety is seeking a part-time HR Assistant to support the HR Division with records management, onboarding new employees, and various administrative HR tasks. This temporary position requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources Division (HRD) of the Office of the Attorney General, a dynamic state agency with over 4000 employees, seeks an enthusiastic, resourceful, and hard-working individual for a part-time HR Assistant. The position assists with special records-management projects and other HR duties, including New Employee Onboarding. The HR Assistant will also assist with other administrative, human resources, and law-related matters. Note: This is a temporary, part-time position (up to 20 hours/week) that will end on or before 12/31/2025, with a possible extension.
