Novalink Solutions in Berrysburg, PA seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and rollout of enterprise PPM modules. The role emphasizes governance, training, and cross-functional collaboration with the PPM development team.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT project management, 3+ years in program/portfolio or agile PM, and strong MS Project scheduling skills. PMP/Scrum/Safe certifications are highly desired.

Formación

• 7+ years IT project management experience.

• Experience with software testing, training, and user guide development.
• High proficiency in scheduling with MS Project or similar tool.
• Working knowledge of MS Visio and Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Support PMs with project planning and scheduling using MS Project-like capabilities.
• Support rollout of project change request workflow and its adoption.
• Configure/develop portfolio, program, and/or agile management modules in the enterprise PPM tool.
• Collaborate with the PPM tool development team’s SDLC from requirements through testing.
• Pilot the rollout of the modules and support enterprise-wide adoption.
• Create and deliver role-specific training, tips, and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to governance committees overseeing PPM tool capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Commonwealth seeks a Senior IT Project Manager and not an architect. Please do not submit candidates who are architects, developers, or business analysts.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• 1.Support PMs with project planning & scheduling adoption with Microsoft Project-like capabilities through demos, office hours, and 1-on-1 help.
• 2.Support the rollout of project change request workflow in our tool and its adoption.
• 3.Leverage experience with PPM business processes to help configure/develop portfolio, program, and/or agile management module(s) within the enterprise PPM tool.
• 4.Collaborate with the PPM tool development team’s SDLC - from requirements definition through testing.
• 5.Pilot the rollout of the above module(s) and then support expanded use across the enterprise.
• 6.Create and deliver role-specific training, tips & tricks, and knowledge base articles to make the most of the PPM tool capabilities.
• 7.Contribute to the ongoing support of governance committees that assess, approve, and prioritize PPM tool capabilities.
• 8.Perform other duties as assigned.

REQURIEMENTS:

• •Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience in actual project manager role. Working on projects in any other role does not count.
• •Minimum 3 years of program, portfolio, or agile project management experience.
• •Experience with software testing, training, and user guide development.
• •High proficiency in project scheduling in Microsoft Project or another enterprise class PPM tool.
• •Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Office suite.
